The OZ Hotel Company is currently working on the financing for a 108 Room - Tru by Hilton located in Winooski, VT. The project has received approvals from the City of Winooski, a qualified opportunity zone, and has secured the Tru by Hilton franchise. The goal is to break ground on the project in Fall 2019.
